Project Description

The 6-levels Mill-Run Apartments parking garage is 205,000 sq.ft. with approximately 566 parking spaces. It is part of a luxury apartment community situated overlooking Soldiers Delight Park in Owings Mills, Maryland.

Kline Engineering is the engineer of record responsible for design of the entire parking structure, including the foundation, columns, slabs, beams and walls. With typical bay sizes of 27'-0" x 61'-6", the structure is designed using one-way post-tensionedslabs and beams.
