The Arbors at Baltimore Crossroads, located in Baltimore County, MD, is a multi-family residential structure consisted of four apartment buildings and one associated parking structure. This 1,000-acre mixed-use community is a LEED-certified property with 365 premiere luxury apartments and 586 parking spaces in the heart of White Marsh.
Kline designed the post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete parking garage. The garage consists of six levels, two below grade levels, and four above grade levels. The design incorporates 60 ft. by 27 ft. bays that provide an economical parking layout. To achieve economy and efficiency, encapsulated unbonded post-tensioning was used for the slabs and beams. Our team worked closely with the owner to deliver a durable and economical parking structure.
