On February, 10th. Don Kline hosted the NCC ACI annual joint meeting with the ICRI-BWC chapter and talked about the Rules for success for PT Concrete repairs projects.

His 𝗣𝗧 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 presentation focused on some of the more unique PT repair and strengthening applications in practice. Don reviewed historic unbonded PT systems that can be found in buildings today and explored the root causes for deterioration and failure of PT systems in buildings.
