Karla Ampuero plays a pivotal role in KLINE’s business development and marketing strategies, driving initiatives that expand the firm's reach and propel its growth. As a key member of KLINE’s leadership team, she leads strategic projects that enhance brand visibility, build client relationships, and position the company for long-term success. With a strong background in consumer behavior, market research, and digital engagement, Karla leverages social media and communication strategies to forge meaningful connections and strengthen KLINE’s presence in the industry.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Karla brings over ten years of experience at a leading global information and research agency, where she honed her expertise in data-driven marketing, brand positioning, and audience engagement. Although she initially considered a career in engineering—following in the footsteps of her father, an engineer and builder—her true calling emerged in communications, inspired by the powerful influence of media and storytelling in her home country, Venezuela.
Karla earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Catholic University, which equipped her with the skills to craft compelling narratives and connect with diverse audiences. She later moved to the U.S. to further her education, earning associate degrees in business administration and international studies from Northern Virginia Community College, strengthening her strategic and global perspective.
Now, Karla is further expanding her expertise by pursuing an AI certificate from Penn University and a Business Analytics certification from the University of Virginia (UVA). She plans to use this knowledge to optimize internal processes at KLINE, implement data-driven strategies, and lead initiatives that expand the firm's presence into new markets and business sectors.
Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Karla is passionate about travel—not just for enjoyment but as a means of continuous learning. She thrives on exploring new cultures and perspectives, integrating these experiences into her work to develop innovative and impactful marketing strategies. A firm believer in lifelong learning, she finds inspiration through work, travel, and everyday experiences.
