The Arbors at Baltimore Crossroads, located in Baltimore County, MD, is a multi-family residential structure consisted of four apartment buildings and one associated parking structure. This 1,000-acre mixed-use community is a LEED-certified property with 365 premiere luxury apartments and 586 parking spaces in the heart of White Marsh.

Kline Engineering was the engineer of record responsible for the design of the parking garage structure, a post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete parking garage consisting of six levels, two below-grade levels, and four above-grade levels (Read more). Since its construction in 2011, our team performs biannual comprehensive condition assessments to evaluate the structural performance of the garage and determine if any maintenance or repairs are required.

Our team has extensive experience with all aspects of the parking garage inspection process and helping to assure that owners remain in compliance with their state’s specific safety requirements.
