Estefania Ramírez is Kline Engineering’s Senior Project Engineer and BIM Specialist I. With a passion for blending mathematics, science, and social impact, Estefania embarked on her engineering journey to create structures that enrich people's daily lives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and brings 4 years of engineering experience to her role.

Estefania’s engineering career is marked by remarkable achievements and successful career growth, driven by her leadership skills and expertise in challenging construction projects. Prior to joining Kline Engineering, she was actively involved in the American Concrete Institute's student chapter at her university, where she gained valuable insights into concrete structures and their applications. After graduating, she excelled as a Junior Civil Engineer at a public health insurance company, contributing to the supervision, coordination, and compatibilization of structural plans for hospital projects. Additionally, she partnered with a colleague to undertake structural analysis and design for various residential, commercial, and office buildings.

With proficiency in drafting and structural analysis software such as CSI Programs (ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE), Robot Structural – Autodesk, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and IDEA StatiCa, Estefania has honed her skills in transforming ideas into tangible engineering marvels. Her ability to lead projects, from client meetings to coordination with architects and the production of professional construction plans, has been instrumental in her success.
