Estefania Ramírez is a Project Manager I at Kline Engineering, where she has rapidly propelled her career since joining the firm in 2023. In 2025, she was promoted to Project Manager I, leading small and medium-sized projects from start to finish, showcasing her ability to manage projects independently and efficiently.

With a passion for blending mathematics, science, and social impact, Estefania pursued civil engineering at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), earning her bachelor's degree and quickly gaining valuable hands-on experience. Before joining KLINE, she was actively involved in the American Concrete Institute’s student chapter, deepening her knowledge of concrete structures and their applications. She then worked as a Junior Civil Engineer at a public health insurance company, where she contributed to the supervision, coordination, and compatibility of structural plans for hospital projects. Additionally, she partnered with a colleague to conduct structural analysis and design for various residential, commercial, and office buildings.

Estefania’s technical expertise includes drafting and structural analysis using CSI Programs (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE), Robot Structural – Autodesk, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and IDEA StatiCa. Her ability to lead projects, coordinate with architects, and develop professional construction plans has been instrumental in her success.

As a dedicated leader and problem-solver, Estefania continues to expand her expertise in structural design and project management, thriving in KLINE’s dynamic and collaborative work environment. Her commitment to excellence and passion for engineering drive her to create structures that positively impact people’s daily lives.
